Rod seal

We all know that In the high temperature working environment, the performance of the excavator decreases with the ordinary materials. The movement of the piston rod makes the lip crack and deformation, resulting in leakage. 

Material:  RS1/RS2/U636; U636 material has excellent wear resistance, resilience. 
RS1 inner lip small chamfering, in the sliding lip opening pressure relief groove, effectively eliminate pressure.
RS2 inner lip chamfering, inner wall design has protruding reinforcement, strengthen oil sealing.

HBY

Under the frequent high pressure impact, the common material buffer seal is easy to crack and damage, so the high pressure impact of the rod seal, resulting in the rod seal is destroyed.

Buffer seal

The buffer seal of HBYRF structure is  made of  new polyurethane material and DuPont nylon material, which can withstand high temperature impact and effectively protect the rod seal from damage.
